I must admit that Jessica Simpson's reinvention as a wealthy fashion designer and successful weight loss are two of the multiple reasons why she is fascinating to follow. I remember a magazine feature (from 2013)that had her starting weight around 195 pounds after the birth of her second child. However, she appears to now be below 120 pounds and seems to be in a stronger place in her life. From my perspective, her story is great follow for both people with children and those who are child-free due to her success both in maintaining a svelte/thin/trim figure and growing a financially lucrative career.

I hope, if any the women that are featured see it, that they avoid using this list to validate on whether they ought to have good self-esteem. After all, Abraham Lincoln was also not liked during his lifetime either, and look how highly regarded he is now.
